Processing time

Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Most go out sooner.

Priority Shipping orders ship the next business day. If you need something quickly, Priority is the option to choose — we prepare those orders the evening they come in and drop them at the post office the following day before collection.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping methods

We ship from the USA. Available options and rates are shown at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

US orders:

Economy Mail (No Tracking) — for single tokens and small orders. Ships as First Class letter mail. No tracking is provided. Typically 5–8 business days after shipping.

Standard — ships with tracking. Typically 3–5 business days after shipping.

Priority Shipping — ships with tracking, dispatched the next business day. Typically 1–3 business days in transit. Available on orders under 1 lb.

Free Standard shipping on orders of $65 or more.

Canadian orders: rates are calculated live by the carrier at checkout based on weight and destination. All Canadian orders ship as tracked parcels.

Delivery estimates

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees, and they don't include our processing time. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can all add days.

If you need an order by a specific date, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's realistic.

Untracked mail

Economy Mail (US orders only) travels as letter mail and can't be traced. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement. If tracking matters to you, choose Standard or Priority at checkout. All Canadian orders include tracking.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Canadian orders are quoted live carrier rates at checkout and ship as parcels — letter-mail rates aren't available internationally, so shipping costs more than for US orders. Transit times are longer and vary with customs processing.

Import duties and taxes aren't included in the prices or shipping charges shown at checkout. Any charges assessed on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or Canada Post at delivery. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they'll be.

If we've made an error with your order, we'll of course make it right.
